The Urban Ladybug Farm Bakery : Par-Baked Sourdough Loaves
Our famous fresh-baked sourdough is now available to ship nationwide!
You can now enjoy the same artisan sourdough you know and love from The Urban Ladybug Farm, freshly finished right in your own oven. Our rustic sourdough loaves are par-baked in our home bakery, allowing us to preserve the flavor, texture, and freshness of our sourdough while giving you that incredible just-baked experience at home.
Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches using 100% Certified Organic Unbleached Malted Red Wheat Bread Flour and our well-loved sourdough starter. After par-baking, each loaf is allowed to cool completely before being vacuum sealed and frozen to lock in freshness. Orders are carefully packed with frozen ice packs and shipped every Monday to help keep your bread as cold and fresh as possible during transit.
How Ordering Works:
Orders must be received by Wednesday to be included in the following week’s shipment. All sourdough orders ship on the following Monday after purchase.
Because your loaf arrives par-baked, it will need one final bake in your home oven before enjoying.
To Finish Your Loaf:
Preheat your oven to 450°F. Remove the loaf from all packaging, place it directly on a baking sheet, and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the crust is beautifully golden and crisp.
