REFUND/REPLACEMENT/RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS/RETURNS:

Any packages that do not arrive within 30 days of shipment will be issued a refund of the cost of the item(s), not including cost of shipping or a replacement item(s) can be sent free of charge. Please contact us at theurbanladybug@gmail.com with order number.

Any products shipped directly from us that arrive damaged will be eligible for a replacement or refund, unfortunately we do not offer returns. Please contact us at theurbanladybug@gmail.com with order number, pictures of damaged items and we will issue refund of the cost of the item not including the cost of shipping or replacement can be sent out free of charge.

Merchandise products that are fulfilled through printful may be eligible for replacement and/or refund through printful customer service, please contact us at theurbanladybug@gmail.com with order number, reason for return and pictures of damaged items (if applicable) and I will reach out to them on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS:

You you can cancel your order with 100% refund if you contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed if you contact us at theurbanladybug@gmail.com with order number and we will issues a full refund which will show back on your statement within 7-10 business days.
